Nissin Dental Products Inc. Article 3 (Management and Protection of Personal Information)
Personal information shall be managed strictly and will not be disclosed or provided to third parties except in the following cases. In addition, taking safety into consideration, we will implement measures to prevent and correct risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, and the loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information.

- When all or part of the handling of personal information is entrusted to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use described in Article 2.
- In the case of joint use within the scope described in Article 5.

- Scope of persons to be jointly used with: Our group companies.
- Purposes of use by those who jointly use: Same as Article 2.
