Article 1 (Personal Information)

9. To provide personal information to companies participating in events hosted by the Company based on the User’s consent or application.
10. To identify Users who violate the Terms of Use or who intend to use products and services for illegal or unjust purposes, and to refuse their use.

Article 3 (Management and Protection of Personal Information)

Personal information shall be managed strictly and will not be disclosed or provided to third parties except in the following cases. In addition, taking safety into consideration, we will implement measures to prevent and correct risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, and the loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information.

1. When the User’s consent is obtained in advance.
2. When all or part of the handling of personal information is entrusted to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use described in Article 2.
3. In the case of joint use within the scope described in Article 5.
4. When it is necessary for the protection of a person’s life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the User’s consent.
5. When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the User’s consent.

Article 4 (Entrustment of Handling of Personal Information)

The Company may entrust all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In this case, the Company will sufficiently examine the eligibility of the entrustee, stipulate matters concerning confidentiality obligations in the contract, and perform necessary and appropriate supervision of the entrustee.

To achieve the purposes of use described in Article 2, the Company may jointly use Users’ personal information with our group companies (NISSIN Dental Products Inc., I-CAST Co., Ltd., and Bellezza Milling Center Co., Ltd.) within the following scope.

1. Scope of personal data to be jointly used: All personal data of the User, except when there is a specific request.
2. Scope of persons to be jointly used with: Our group companies.
3. Purposes of use by those who jointly use: Same as Article 2.
