Articulated Full-Body Simulation: Replicating Elderly Anatom
Designed to simulate realistic patient positioning, this model represents an elderly woman (150cm height). While weighing 15kg for easier handling, it is engineered to provide the physical bulk and feel of a 35kg body type. With fully articulated major joints, it allows for hands-on experience in complex postural changes and patient repositioning.
＜MOUTH＞
Realistic Replication of Elderly Oral Conditions
This model replicates the oral environment of elderly patients, enabling a complete training cycle from assessment to oral care procedures. It supports practical sessions for denture attachment and removal, oral examination, and the cleaning of oral mucosa and mobile teeth.
＜THROAT＞
Anatomical Replication: From the Oral and Nasal Cavities to the Pharynx
This model allows for the confirmation of the positional relationship between the oral/nasal cavities and the pharynx, providing a deep understanding of anatomical structures. It enables instructors to verify whether any fluid has reached the pharynx following oral care training.
Furthermore, it supports practical training for suction catheter insertion and pharyngeal suctioning, as well as the observation of the pharynx and larynx via nasal endoscopy.
