Demonstrates periodontally affected areas with calculus deposit.Teeth are anatomically rooted and are held in place with adhesive to demonstrate mobility.

Demonstrates supereruption and severe mobility of the upper 1st molar, as well as tilting of the lower 2nd molar caused by the edentulous area.
